A 0.4v–6nw, Ultra-Low-Power, Bulk-Driven Current Recycling OTA

Authors: Akho J. Richa, Tripurari Sharan, Throngsinthisi H. Sor
Page No: 1–11
View Abstract

This work presents the design of an ultra-low power Operational Transconductance Amplifier (OTA) in the weak inversion region, desirable for very low voltage applications specifically in the sub-threshold region of operation. The design targets are relevant to bio-signal processing including ECG, EEG, EMG and EOG signals. Simulation results confirm high gain, low power consumption, and strong applicability in low-voltage bio-signal circuits.
